Jennine has been mentored by Cormac Russell since 2010 and she was one of the first ABCD Community Builders in the UK, supported by Nurture Development.
She has mentored and coached other Community Builders in areas such as Cirencester and Thurrockn. She has also delivered ABCD training sessions for commissioners, councils and voluntary sector organisations.
Jennine has worked as a Community Builder with Croydon Voluntary Action. Her work in the West Croydon Social Recovery initiative developed a movement of citizen-led actions that has been lauded by the Greater London Authority as a huge success. The work was nominated for the recent Excellence in Community Engagement category in The MJ Local Government Achievement Awards 2014.
Jennine is a Director of Success Through Art, which works to support children and young people to gain qualifications through the arts. She has a BA in Design Management from University of Art and Design and additional qualifications such as Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, Mentoring and Level 2 Working With Young People.
