Asset-Based Community Development has been actively practiced in the UK and other parts of Europe for over 15 years and so a growing leadership/stewardship base is emerging.

Nurture Development is responding to this exciting growth by providing training support to those leaders who will write the next chapter in the ABCD story in Europe.

The Stewardship Circle is an ABCD Leadership Programme that Nurture Development has been commissioned to develop and deliver by Barnwood Trust.

This initiative is designed to come alongside leaders in Gloucestershire who are interested in supporting the legacy of Barnwood Trust’s 10 year plan called You’re Welcome, which aims to build more welcoming and inclusive communities across the county.
