Sarah has been an Associate with Nurture Development since 2013 and has worked alongside colleagues in Leeds City Council and Kirklees council as an ABCD Guide, providing ongoing support to a small group of Community Builders working with different communities across the area.

Sarah’s role as ABCD Guide involves listening to and reflecting on progress and challenges faced by community builders and, where relevant, offering insights and sharing her experience of ABCD from other learning sites. She has also contributed to the production of materials for the ABCD Stewardship Circle.

Sarah is an evaluation specialist and has over 12 years experience of supporting the evaluation of health and social care projects in the voluntary and public sectors.

Sarah has an MSc in Population Health, a Post-graduate Diploma in Management and a BSc in Behavioural Science. Sarah is also a qualified trainer and lead author on ‘The Evidence Guide’ (2006) a training resource aimed at supporting the use of research and evaluation in health and social care.
